In January 2025, Spiffy seized a last-minute opportunity to showcase their innovative offerings at NADA—the largest dealer/automotive conference in the US. With the overarching goal of creating an engaging and impactful presence to connect with dealers and promote their Digital Servicing™ platform and Van Upfit solutions, my role was pivotal in driving pre-show and post-show marketing efforts. I designed pre-show social media graphics that influenced our email and ad designs, edited and animated the digital display video for continuous loop play during the event, and crafted a one-pager for Digital Servicing. Additionally, I researched and developed a detailed shot list for our creative director to capture essential photo and video content at the conference, later leveraging that content to post on social media. I worked closely with the design, marketing, and sales team—while managing a tight budget and strict deadlines. Our collaborative efforts yielded remarkable results: we generated over 50 qualified leads (five times our previous client count), increased our LinkedIn impressions by 35% from the prior month, and secured an invitation to the Connected Podcast, amplifying our brand’s exposure.
